The way our words push out from our
hearts it feels like a last resort. We
know what should have been first has come last.
We have tried to control enough chaos and save enough souls and suddenly
our hands clasp in surrender.
The burdens the Father offered were
not for us to carry; they were given for us to return. We do that; we lay them
down in the yielding of our prayers. We wonder if it can be this easy, if He
can be this good or if He loves us this much.
We kneel on holy ground. What felt
like ours becomes His and this divine conversation turns into the makings of
miracles.
Do not be afraid
or discouraged, for the LORD will personally go ahead of you. He will be with
you; he will neither fail you nor abandon you. Deuteronomy 31:8
